  1. Support Approval is Not Automatic:
    Approval is based on verification of all documents and information.<\/strong><\/li>
  2. Charges: Applicant shall pay for verification. <\/strong><\/li>
  3. Repayment Obligations: Ap<\/strong>plicant must repay monthly\/weekly\/daily as agreed.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
    1. Interest Rate shall be on a 3% monthly interest rate for Rent Support on reducing balance.<\/strong><\/li>
    2. Notice: Clients are required to provide a minimum of one (1) week notice prior to any loan approval or disbursement, subject to meeting all eligibility requirements and agreeing to the applicable terms and conditions.<\/strong><\/li>
    3. Legal Enforcement: If payment is not made by the agreed timeline, BEST ADEOLUWA GLOBAL INVESTMENT LIMITED action will be taken. <\/strong>Loan defaulters will be reported to credit bureaus and loan tracking systems.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
      1. Guarantor Responsibility: T<\/strong>he guarantor is jointly liable for full repayment in the case of a default.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
        1. If the borrower fails, the guarantor will be contacted and may be sued. <\/strong><\/li>
        2. Right to Recover:
          The company reserves the right to visit applicant\u2019s or guarantors known address(es) for recovery. <\/strong><\/li>
        3. No False Information: <\/strong>Any fake documents or misrepresentation will lead to immediate disqualification and blacklist.<\/strong>\u00a0The company reserves the right to verify all data submitted.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
          1. Privacy & Use of Data: All data will be securely stored and used strictly for verification, collection, and communication purposes. the Data received will be used for recovery incase of default.<\/strong><\/li>
          2. Loan duration: Loan Duration shall be maximum of 12 months <\/strong><\/li>
          3. One Loan at a Time Rule:
