The school will also support Kokoka with enforcement and reminders to parents until full repayment is completed.<\/li><li>Any account used for collecting school fees of registered schools must be opened and managed by Kokoka (or in Kokoka\u2019s custody), labelled with the school\u2019s name for transparency and used solely for Kokoka-related tuition collections.<\/li><li>If the school fails to ensure full repayment of fees disbursed by Kokoka, the default amount will be deducted from the next term\u2019s school fee payment to the school. Also, Kokoka reserves the right to suspend disbursement or terminate partnership until outstanding balances are recovered.<\/li><li>Kokoka may, at its discretion, support the school with capital project financing, student scholarships, or other incentives. These benefits are not contractual and may vary by school or performance.<\/li><li>Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days\u2019 written notice.
