Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and onboard small business clients for loan and savings products.
- Conduct financial analysis and creditworthiness assessments for loan applicants.
- Process loan applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and implement savings initiatives to encourage business growth and customer retention.
- Monitor loan repayments, follow up on overdue payments, and initiate recovery processes when necessary.
- Provide financial advisory services to small business clients to enhance their financial management practices.
- Maintain accurate records of loan and savings transactions, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative financial solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new financial products.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a financial institution, microfinance, or banking sector.
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree or HND in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Job Benefits
- Salary: NGN80,000 - NGN100,000 monthly
